The sales associate Chris Recker was awesome. I had my eyes on a particular Jeep Wrangler that I was hoping would fit our needs as a tow vehicle to pull with our RV and probably use during winter snow storms. Chris reached out to me and we discussed that the vehicle had to be "flat towable. He researched and assured me that particular vehicle is in fact flat towable and also sent a nice video of this 2021 Jeep Wrangler " Willys". We met a day later and made the purchase. The negotiation was easy and Chris covered all bases.

Purchased a Certified Pre-owned CLE-300 yesterday. The entire process beginning with a warm greeting and test drive to the completion of the final paperwork was flawless. I was treated with great courtesy and all my needs and concerns were addressed. Thank you James Julian for a superb experience. I recently purchased a great BMW 850 convertible from this Mercedes dealer and the whole experience was very positive. I live out of town, so working with Grant Pilman made the whole transaction so much more manageable than I thought it would be. Grant was honest and open during the price discussion, and very helpful in getting the car inspected at the local BMW dealer for me, as well as helping to prepare everything before I get there to pick up the vehicle in person. I wanted you to find out reason for dark fluid on my garage floor. They checked all car fluids underneath. They did good check of brakes. Nothing found. Guess thats good news but inspection cost me $250….Still don’t know where dark fluid on my garage floor came from
