10/10 experience at Mercedes-Benz of Clearwater! I purchase a new car almost every year, and this was by far the easiest and most aggressive deal I’ve ever received. I drove 2 1/2 hours for this deal, and it was absolutely worth it. From the moment I walked in, everyone treated me like family — truly like they had known me for years. The entire process was smooth, transparent, and stress-free from start to finish. My salesman, Paul, was amazing to work with, and the sales manager was equally great. They went above and beyond to make everything happen and made the experience enjoyable instead of stressful. I absolutely love my new 2026 GLE 450 Coupe and can confidently say I’ll only be purchasing cars from Mercedes-Benz of Clearwater moving forward. We bought our first ever MCB here after looking at several other brands to replace my wife's ailing Jeep. From Kia, Lexus, Ford, BMW, we were treated so-so to very nicely, but from the moment we approached the Certified Used section at MCB, we were greeted as customers who mattered. John Boraski opened the door for us and was transparent from the introduction on. When we sat on the decision for a month, he was always happy to answer my emails.Let's face it, we're not buying an S class or an AMG, but our patronage mattered to them just the same. The right GLC came in and it was time to pull the trigger and surprise my wife for Valentine's Day. The transaction was so smooth. I was there all of 90 minutes. My 5 year old got a key chain as a "future driver" and John didn't even wince when she tried to climb the ladder of the $227k G Wagon! My window was very small to get the car before before she came home from work and John offered to bring it to my house, complete with a bow and goody bag. I had a fast and professional experience on Saturday with John Boraski. He immediately greeted me, listened to my reason for being there and exceed my expectations on my new purchase. Greg (Business Office) had me in and out quickly covering all of the paperwork. I had other encounters throughout my visit with people making sure I was ok during the transition by offering water etc. That was really nice because John continue to offer drinks upon arrival.
