Mercedes-Benz Collierville takes superb care of its customers. I brought my car in for a scheduled service today. It was going to take pretty much the entire day. I had prior commitments that I couldn't chance missing due to lack of transportation. After speaking to General Sales Manager, Mr. Harold Williams, the concern I had was quickly rectified. Thanks to Mr. Williams's compassion, professionalism, and allegiance to customer care, I was provided transportation to attend my scheduled event & get back to the dealership in time to retrieve my car. I appreciate people like Mr. Harold Williams & Sales Consultant Mr. Thad Holmes who go over and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. They truly embody Mercedes' mantra, "the best or nothing."

The service itself was great as usual. My car runs beautifully! However, I live about 100 miles away and it requires quite a bit of planning if I want to go home instead of waiting. As it stands I usually wait and it always takes several hours. Like, 6. While I really understand why you don't, it would be nice to have a loaner on occasion... Carlos was awesome at keeping me informed of cost and making sure I got what I needed! Of course, I will be back!
