I was so pleased with my recent purchasing experience at Mercedes-Benz of Colorado Springs! I had the pleasure of working with Maddy, Troy, and Dillion all of whom were wonderful! Maddy was friendly, patient with all my questions and test drives, and just helpful in general! Her gentle demeanor was not pushy at all, and I felt at ease to decide which car I wanted. Troy really helped to get the numbers where I needed them to be which I greatly appreciate! And Dillion was honestly one of the best parts of the experience. Dillion was the finance and paperwork guru for my purchase. By the time it came to the paperwork, we had been there for a number of hours, it was late, everyone was ready to get out of there and go home, and on top of that no one likes signing all those papers that we don’t really know what they mean. All of that could have escalated to a stressful ending to the day. Dillion, however made that experience great ~ he explained the paperwork, didn’t seem to mind the questions I asked, offered input when it came to added financial options but wasn’t pushy in the slightest, combined with his humor, I definitely felt less stressed and very comfortable with my purchase. I am exceedingly happy with my car and will definitely not go to another dealer for any future needs with my car or another. Mercedes-Benz of Colorado Springs is in a league far above any other dealer I have ever been to and I absolutely would recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle! I recently had my EQS serviced here and the whole experience was super nice. They took care of a few recalls I didn't know it had on top of the services my car was asking for. I had Reuben as my service advisor who was awesome to work with, he was super courteous and went the extra mile to make sure everything was taken care of with my EQS. Of all the MB dealers I've serviced my MBs at through the years, I'd say this one has been the most pleasant experience thus far. I'm definitely going to be bringing back my EQS here when it needs another service!
