I have had the pleasure of acquiring numerous exquisite vehicles from Mercedes over the years. Throughout my journey, I have interacted with a variety of sales associates. However, I must express my disappointment in the noticeable decline in customer service and overall car care standards. Recently, I encountered a rather unpleasant situation where an individual contacted me via phone, inquiring if I was interested in selling my vehicle. Upon politely declining, the individual abruptly hung up on me. To my surprise, this behavior was repeated three times, leaving me feeling frustrated. After reaching out to the newly appointed manager and expressing my concerns, she assured me that the calls would cease. Additionally, she mentioned providing me with a gift card and a follow-up call, which unfortunately never materialized. During a previous service visit, I discovered that the service technician had deactivated my vehicle's camera without my consent. Furthermore, I was disheartened to learn that Mercedes now charges a hefty fee for their vehicle app, a stark contrast to when it was complimentary. This shift has somewhat tarnished the luxury experience associated with owning a Mercedes. Despite these challenges, I must commend one of the sales representatives, Joe, hailing from New Jersey. His exceptional service and dedication have been a beacon of positivity amidst my recent experiences.

Had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Came in for a Jeep they had for sale but right when I came it had just sold. I didn’t come for a Mercedes but Khan asked if I’d like to test drive one he thought I’d like. I ended up loving it and even stayed in my budget. My credit isn’t great but they made it work and gave me a lower APR than other dealerships offered me. I drove out of there with my first ever luxury vehicle. Khan was correct there is nothing better than pulling up to the family function in a Benz haha. Thank you to Khan, Yusuf, and their kind team for helping me get a car I love. As a girl in her 20s it can be intimidating but they made me comfortable. Thank you! Will be back again in the future when I’m ready for another new car!

He stayed on top of everything and reached out personally to let me know the bank had approved me. I really appreciate his communication and hustle in getting me into my new car.
