Recently, I experienced an emergency situation when the sunroof on our vehicle suddenly malfunctioned. I drove to the dealership outside of my town without an appointment and was told I would need to leave the vehicle for several days. Unfortunately, there were no loaner cars available at the time, and since I live nearly 20 miles away, I found myself in a very stressful and difficult situation trying to figure out how I would get home. While I was discussing this dilemma with my service advisor, you happened to be walking through the service area personally checking on customers and asking if anyone needed assistance. When I explained my situation, you immediately stepped in and instructed my service advisor to find a loaner car for me as soon as possible. Thanks to your quick action and genuine concern, I was able to get home without further stress or inconvenience.
