The dealership earns strong praise for its sales team, with customers highlighting friendly staff, transparent pricing processes, and a pressure-free buying experience. However, the service department has faced significant criticism regarding workmanship quality, missed deadlines, warranty disputes, and unresolved mechanical issues, though management has shown willingness to address complaints after they escalate.

Just bought a new GLE 63s. We worked with Marcus who was our Sales Representative and Brett being the General Sales Manager. It was the best car buying experience I’ve ever had. They were extremely helpful and I never felt pressured which was very refreshing for a change. They don’t play any of the games that are so frustrating like holding your trade-in keys hostage. Great people. I totally recommend them.

Mercedes Benz of Farmington is by far my favorite dealership I’ve been to everyone is always above, and beyond! I recently traded in my 2019 Lunar Blue C300 for a brand new 2026 C300. I was sad when I was trading in my old Mercedes since that Lunar Blue is one of the most beautiful colors, and was the greatest car I’ve owned especially being able to get it at 18 in 2023 but this brand new one is beyond amazing I’m very thrilled about, and have loved every minute with it so far. Thank you to all the great people that help run this amazing dealership it’s the only place I will go to! Hopefully sooner than later I will see a Lunar Blue E63, or C63 available here

*Edit: After writing this review, the General Manager of MB of Farmington contacted me directly, listened to my experience, and apologized. He said he is working to improve the service department and offered to refund the $1,100 charged after the failed repair. I was very disappointed that the service department initially refused to take responsibility for the faulty work. However, I do appreciate that the GM took the time to reach out after reading this review. He seemed genuinely concerned about what happened and committed to making changes within the department. Hopefully my experience was an outlier and improvements are being made.* Original review: Avoid this service department. They present themselves as helpful, but nothing they promised was true. My Sprinter repair ended up costing far more than the original quote, every guaranteed deadline was missed, and the work was so poor it failed in under 150 miles. I originally brought the van in for a known EGR issue. A mechanic snapped the remaining piece of my EGR tube in their parking lot, disabling the van before they even began work. They guaranteed the repair would be done by Wednesday. It wasn’t started until I called and prompted them. Then it was delayed to Thursday, then Friday, then Monday—despite their repeated “guarantees.” This forced me to miss a hard deadline and change travel plans at significant cost. When I picked up the van two weeks later, the workmanship was visibly sloppy—gouges on parts, ripped up firewall, no cleaning, and an immediate exhaust smell. After 150 miles, the repair failed. When I returned for warranty service, they blamed a “warped” cast aluminum part (impossible) and refused to honor their warranty unless I paid another $1,100. After inspecting the removed part, I discovered their mechanic had installed bolts that were too short, stripping the threads—their mistake. When I brought this to their attention, they offered no apology, no accountability, and no refund. This was the worst dealership experience I’ve ever had. I won’t be returning.

We had the pleasure of getting to work with Tara. She was friendly and super knowledgeable. She explained their one person, one price, one hour process and it was a really great experience. She answered our questions and helped us out so much. Will come back again in the future!

My Sprinter would not start so it was towed here for diagnostic and service. Nearly $3000 later I was told all had been checked and repaired and I was good to go. Two weeks and 300 miles away, the EXACT same no-start issue occurred again, leaving me in need of another tow, more diagnostics and service. I called the Farmington service department who did not offer to help and they sure as heck did not stand by their work. The (2nd) tow truck driver diagnosed the issue better than Mercedes-Benz's Farmingtons Service Dept! THEN, another 400 miles down the road my coolant system, which they charged me to service, spilled coolant all over my engine compartment. They told me to replace the coolant with water and get it serviced at the closest place.possible. Once home I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and discovered they have a "C–" rating, apparently due to not responding to customer complaints. Go elsewhere. EDIT: The business has agreed to the partial refund I requested which doesn't change the fact that it happened, but I appreciate their willingness to ease the financial loss. Added 1 stars.
