They were professional yet very friendly, not at all impersonal. It's great to talk to Sean or their sales manager. I have been a repeat customer for Albert Munoz throughout the years. I have also referred some friends to purchase their cars from him and each one of them always walked away happy with the customer service and deal that he provides. This time we were looking to purchase a 2026 GLC300. From the beginning of the car search process, Albert has patiently showed us through his inventory, walked the lot to show a few cars on his lot and took us on the test drive (he showed up energetically even though it was his day off and we gave him a very short notice). Although we took some time to decide which car to choose, Albert was very patient with us throughout the process. Albert was also very transparent with the pricing of the car. I have extensively shopped throughout the whole Southern California for the best deal and he beats all of them. We walked away extremely happy with the pricing that we paid on the car. Because it was late on a Sunday, we couldn't finish all of the paperwork. The team at Foothill Ranch has kindly offered to deliver our car to LA the next day instead of having us driving 2 hours back. The car was then delivered to our address cleaned and detailed (and he left some gifts too!). We were pleased with the whole purchasing process, the Mercedes Benz Foothill Ranch team has ensure that the whole process is pleasant and easy. During the test drive, he explained all the features to my husband and me, and we ultimately decided to go with the G‑580 EV and absolutely love it.
