Best dealership experience we’ve ever had, and we buy new vehicles far too often, so we feel qualified to say something about it. I’ve been a customer of Mercedes-Benz of Fort Mitchell since 2019. The customer service at this location is amazing; they always go above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Fernando from the sales department is fantastic, and Tony from the service department is excellent. The entire staff is consistently friendly and kind, making you feel right at home. If you’re ever dissatisfied, they do their best to ensure you’re happy and receive the best possible customer service. I’ve visited other locations, and the service just isn’t the same. Just FYI, if you have pets, be careful—the whole staff loves them and will absolutely spoil them!

First time purchasing a car! So impressed with Alex Weber and general manager Todd. I really appreciated how willing they were to make me feel good about my purchase! They had options which I liked! Also, loved how fun they made the buying experience and even put a bow on my car to take pictures with my new car. Alex Woods then gave me a FULL tutorial.
