Fletchers Jones sales department is phenomenal, but their service department leaves a lot to be desired. I purchased a used E300 called Moe the service manager 5 times with no response. My car developed a shake and I only put 13,000 miles on the car. They wanted me to drive from Antioch to Fremont glad I didn’t because the tires had bubbled. How is this possible if you check the cars when you service them? Get your car there from Vanni but service it somewhere else.
