My wife and I recently bought two vehicles from Mercedes-Benz of Houston Greenway, Houston, a GLC 300 Coupe and a GLS450. We had a great experience there with their team. Our Sales Agent, Ally Mirzali Abasov, was awesome. In fact, my intention was to buy my wife a GLC 300 and I was going to buy another Escalde for myself. I was so pleased with the experience there, I decided to buy myself the GLS 450 on the same day. We love our new MB vehicles. Management and Finance were very helpful as well and we had a pleasant purchase experience, totally unexpected from our last vehicle purchases at another dealership brand 10 years before. I highly recommend Mercedes-Benz of Houston Greenway, Houston and especially Ally!

Avoid this dealership, especially the service department. I have taken my car here for service ever since I moved to Houston, and almost every visit has come with some kind of issue. I let a lot of it go because minor dealership frustrations can happen, but this was the last straw. On September 16, 2025, I brought my new Mercedes in for a routine Service A and got it back with damage that was not there before. The paint on the driver’s side window area and small blotches on the body were peeling in a way that looked like chemical overspray or chemical damage. The car only had 17,312 miles, is barely driven, and is usually kept in a covered garage, so this was clearly not normal wear and tear. I reported it immediately to my service advisor, Elena Franco. When I brought the car back, I was told I would need to pay about $1,500 out of pocket because the damage was on the exterior and was being treated as normal wear and tear, which is ridiculous. This damage was not on my car before I brought it in for routine maintenance. I asked to speak to a manager that same day and was told he had already left, so I requested a callback. No one ever called me back. I followed up several times and still got nowhere. I then got a second opinion from another Mercedes dealership, and they also said it looked like chemical damage that the original dealership should have covered. Even the manager at the second dealership told me that if it were him, he would have covered it just to keep the customer happy. Even though this is the most convenient dealership in the area for me, I would rather drive farther away than ever trust them with my car again. Others should seriously consider doing the same. Just look at the one star reviews and judge for yourself. I gave them the chance to make this right. They did not. Take your business elsewhere.

My experience at Mercedes Benz Houston has been nothing short of spectacular! Julio Rubio was my car salesman and he made buying a car the most dream like experience. The customer service was spectacular and he catered to all my car needs quickly. It was such a simple process with no hidden fees and full transparency from the dealership! It was a very friendly environment and I’m grateful that I went to the right dealership and car salesman.
