Sadly, my car, of many years and 100,000+ miles, was rear-ended and it had to be totaled. I knew if I was to get a new car, I wanted something economical, low maintenance, with the nice technology features my old car did not have. My husband just happens to be a salesman at Landers McLarty Mercedes. I knew he was a solid salesman, but having never experienced his sales technique (except when he proposed) I was impressed by his steady demeanor and ability to explain the features of the car I settled on. He helped me rule out a few vehicles on my list. I was excited to finally have a backup camera and viewing screen in my car. Coming in under budget, I was able to insure my new car properly. I appreciated the time he took to review everything with me, so I understood the complete package. I can see why his customers like him so much…he is thoughtful and thorough. Outstanding Experience with John at Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville Our family recently upgraded from a 2022 GLB 35 AMG to a 2025 GLE 350 with the AMG exterior and interior package. John made the entire process seamless. Over time, I'm learning to stay away from this business. I find that the service department is a total ripoff. Their customer service to me is rude and hateful. No longer do I find professionalism. If I ask questions or defend myself, I am looked down upon and treated with disrespect. The advisor I started off with was Andrew. He was very rude to me. The service manager (George) was very nice and helpful but, they got rid of him. Now, the current service advisor assigned to me has an attitude problem. The service manager will not respond to questions, answer the phone, reply to voicemail or text or correspondence. I went to the GM and he made them fix the issue once. It’s like someone has to make them do what is right when it comes to me. I have been dealing with them for seven years plus and they have gotten worse throughout the years. Every single time I take my car to MB of Huntsville, they make things worse. Now, I don’t trust them at all with my car. It’s in my best interest to stay away from them.

Had an amazing experience with Mercedes-Benz of Huntsville. My Sales person was Julie Feld. She and the other gentlemen that helped me when I first arrived were exceptional. They made me feel like they cared and wanted what was best for me. Was not sales pitchy at all. I would highly recommend this dealership due to their willingness to work with you, fairness and overall excellent customer service. I decided to edit my first review since I went back a second time and finalized the purchase. I love the vehicle. I want to also add a big thankful to Donavan Lett and Amanda Parrish for assisting. Everyone was so caring and professional.
