I had an excellent experience with Mercedes-Benz of Indianapolis from start to finish. I reached out to Jordan on Thursday regarding a 2024 BMW X7, and by the end of the day Friday, the team had already run my credit and secured a better interest rate than my credit union. I picked up the vehicle on Saturday. The entire process was smooth, straightforward, and efficient. Jordan and the rest of the team were professional, responsive, and great to work with throughout the process. Purchased a beautiful GLS AMG 63 for my wife on March 13th. The sales professional, Jordan Craft was very professional and thorough. The Finance Manager Chris Oliva was very thorough and professional as well. I will say, they are tough negotiators but that is primarily due to the dealership pricing the vehicle competitively from the outset. It was a longer than expected process to finance the vehicle under an LLC but Chris stayed the course and we got it done. When I flew to Indianapolis from Richmond VA, Jordan had the SUV fully gassed up, detailed and sitting on the showroom floor, ready to go. The experience was awesome, the staff is top notch and I would absolutely purchase another vehicle from this dealership and Jordan and recommend them without any hesitation. I have owned 4 other Benz’s ( S500, SL500, GL550, S560), but the AMG 63 is my absolute favorite and my wife LOVES it!
