Staff members consistently deliver exceptional customer service with attentive communication, comfortable waiting areas, and genuine professionalism that creates a welcoming atmosphere. However, one customer reported significant service department failures including unresolved repairs, lack of accommodation for disabilities, and inadequate management follow-up that resulted in frustration and additional out-of-pocket expenses.
Mark Zoukan was great! He gave us a full tour of the facility, showed us where the waiting room was, and made sure we were comfortable with snacks and everything we needed. He was very nice, welcoming, and professional throughout the entire experience. He also followed up with me twice before and after my appointment and kept me informed on what was going on with my sales process. His communication and customer service truly stood out and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
Mercedes-Benz of Jacksonville is great! I moved five hours away from my usual dealership, & this location has been very welcoming, kind, & efficient. They offer complimentary food & drinks, as well as a comfortable & quiet place to sit while you wait on your vehicle. Ali assisted me with my recent car service, & she is so joyous & considerate. I love that I am constantly updated throughout the wait with information on my vehicle, & given the option to add or deny any recommended services. Additionally, the showroom is very well maintained. I saw nothing but professionalism from Mercedes-Benz of Jacksonville.
This dealership goes back to the basics of what customer service used to feel like. Free breakfast, free lunch, courtesy wash, friendly people everywhere, and just an overall great atmosphere the moment you walk in. It honestly feels like stepping back into the 1990s when dealerships truly cared about the customer experience instead of just pushing people through the system. Everything felt welcoming, organized, and genuinely professional. You can tell the staff takes pride in the place. If I lived in Jacksonville, I would absolutely buy a Mercedes just so I could have this dealership service it. That says a lot.
Always a pleasure to deal with this dealership. Punctual, knowledgeable and professional treatment. No nonsense dealership, straight to the point to solve the problem and efficiently. I have been dealing with them more than 10 years with several vehicles purchased from this dealership.
Update 3: No one has reached out to help. People will continue to treat other people poorly if we continue to allow it. I am genuinely disappointed at the willingness of others to treat their fellow man and veteran like crap, especially when they have the legitimate authority to make it right whatever the cost. It might take MB Corporate to make the change. Anyone know a congressman? Well, turns out nobody actually cares Most of the negative reviews are within the last year and all are service related. Update 2: I swear I cannot make this kinda stuff up. Now my backup camera doesn’t work, AND my license plate light is out (yes, the one they “fixed”). And the manager had the balls to ask if I would amend this review. Jarred, I’m talking to you. Jackson, you hearing me? Maybe this ought to go viral I think. “Local dealership takes advantage of disabled vet” Update: Returned to the dealership to correct the things. An even worse experience. Zero accommodations for any disabilities of any kind. Please be aware people. If you are a veteran, disabled, or both go somewhere else, please. Don’t go through what I did. Go to Orange Park or St Aug. definitely not here. I don’t even know where to begin. Took AMG to service to try and fix a backup light, fixing nav, a daytime running light, and a missing cover for my license plate light. What I got back was a very dirty car with new rear brakes, a diagnostic fee, and well over $2k later I have none of what I asked for. I feel like I was duped. I was told parts were on order and they had my car for over a week. Service advisor went on vacation while my car was here and apparently did not relay any messages, such as I’m a disabled veteran with memory problems and a brain disease and I need navigation to work so I don’t get lost and confused, and I need my lights to work so I can see. Been on hold all day trying to talk to a manager, but it seems one isn’t available. Now, the disabled vet, has to go order parts, and put them in myself because of a grossly incompetent Mercedes service department.
