I had an incredible experience with Mercedes-Benz Laguna Niguel. The staff there was extremely professional and met and exceeded all of my expectations with purchasing a Mercedes-Benz. The manager of the store and several of the staff members personally came over and introduced themselves to me and the service department was top-notch with resolving a small issue on the car before I left. My sales agent Saif Was so professional and handled the transaction with clarity and professional professionalism. The finance department was efficient and helpful and made everything seamless. I highly recommend anyone looking for a Mercedes-Benz to give the Laguna Niguel dealership a shot. 100/10 experience. i’ve been to several mercedes dealerships over the country, and this was by far the best. everyone was extremely professional, organized, and friendly. it truly felt like the luxury experience that buying a mercedes should be! we worked with alex and brandon. alex helped me over the phone, while brandon helped us in person. both sales associates are extremely knowledgeable and really made the process as easy as possible. I can’t say enough good things about this place. from the minute I walked in, to the minute I left in my new car, i felt pampered! thank you mercedes-benz of laguna niguel! I genuinely could not be happier!!

This is my 2nd visit in the last 4 months, both with Dave, who is fantastic! I first bought a 350 GLE which I loved but decided very quickly I wanted a faster version. I contacted Dave, came in the next day and left with a 580 GLE 4matic! I absolutely love it! To say that I’m picky is an understatement! Dave made my experience top of the line! From start to finish, it was simple and quick! No extended waiting time, just a smooth and very enjoyable experience. I give Dave and the Mercedes team 10 stars! Thank you!

The Sales Man: his name is Saif and what can I say? just an absolute good dude that loves bikes and cars 🏍️ 🚘 . He made the whole thing feel like hanging out with a friend rather than buying a car. Ask for him. The Sales Manager: Kosta, knows what a man should always have: a nice pen, nice watch, and nice shoes. Nuff said. A true gentleman! 👨🏼‍💼🚴🏽 The Finance Guy: Jason, the nicest most intimidating guy you’ll ever meet! 💪🏽🤣. Genuinely one of the good ones once you get past the size of this guy, he was very clear along the entire process and help me understand some vehicle registration issues. Lastly, contrary to what people assume about this location, zero bougie energy here. Just real people who love what they do. I drove away in a 2026 AMG CLE 53 grinning from ear to ear. Wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Highly recommend! 🏎️
