# Summary The dealership receives praise for exceptional customer service and personalized attention, with staff members going above and beyond to handle vehicle preparation and logistics seamlessly. However, a serious incident involving a recall service resulted in missing bolts that caused catastrophic vehicle failure shortly after pickup, creating a dangerous situation and leaving the customer disputing responsibility for the resulting damage.

Rick Savidge was a rock star! Starting a business is stressful. He took full control of getting my van taken care-of prior to pickup, so I could focus on other things... Including transporting to the shop, dent repair, and having it wrapped. WHITE GLOVE SERVICE! Exceeded expectations!

I took my vehicle in for an emissions recall after many months of receiving flyers and phone calls about having it serviced. The van went in on November 7th. Due to supply chain issues the van took some time in order to be returned to my possession. I received the van Tuesday the 22nd and the van broke down the following day. I had the van full of passengers and the driver a total of 15 people and when the driver heard a loud bang the van lost all power and veered towards a safety barrier. No one was seriously injured but all 15 people were stranded the night before Thanksgiving. We had to reimburse all passengers and pay someone to take everyone to their destination 2 hours away. We had no issues until the passengers threatened litigation for the danger we put them in. The van was towed back to the dealership Friday the 24th since Thursday was thanksgiving and most places were closed. Before it was towed I took a video of what I thought was the issues and the coupler under the intake attached to the inlet pipe for the turbo blew off and spewed oil everywhere. The van overboosted and blew off because there were bolts missing from the previous job performed for the recall. The transmission started making noises as soon as the coupler blew and now the dealer stated it’s my responsibility to fix the problem. The transmission never had any issues previous to the recall and never gave signs of rough shifting. I regret ever taking my vehicle in because it didn’t have any issues before I took it in for something that I didn’t need 100%.
