I originally came in looking to buy a used vehicle and after he presented comparative pricing, I decided to buy new. I am so glad I did because I absolutely love my new vehicle and I felt that I got a very fair price. Louis was fabulous to work with. I never felt that he was pushy or trying to put me in a vehicle that exceeded my budget just to make a sale. He listened and genuinely wanted to help put me in the right vehicle for me. From that experience alone, I am likely to return to buy another vehicle when the time comes. It is also worth mentioning that this is the first vehicle I have purchased that was registered and inspected with plates installed at the dealership and they top off the amazing service by providing you with a product concierge, who gives a full tutorial of all the controls and features in the vehicle and on the app. With the help of my concierge, Jacob Moux, the technology and features are personalized to me so that I am getting the full value the vehicle has to offer. 10/10 would recommend this dealership and car make!
