This is absolute BEST places to buy a car or trade in your car or get it serviced. Everyone here makes you feel like family and goes out of their way to make sure you have great experience. It's rare to find these days to have the same people helping you and provide excellent service. I have been going here for over 10 years and am I am on my second dog and they even treat my dogs like their best customer. I am so grateful for their honest advice, guidance ordering my new car and making the trade in so easy with great value as well. The service department is top notch and always look forward to my visits. Cant say enough great things about them all. Highly recommend!

I brought in my ‘15 e63 for a service due to a non driving issue. The car was serviced perfectly from all aspects due to Ryan Burns (service advisor) and Dan Hendrix (Technician) these are the people you want to deal with. Ryan is friendly and had clear communication. He cared about the customer the whole way. Ryan always made time to clarify and help me understand what is happening with timely updates as well. While Dan’s knowledge and skills made sure the car left in good condition. I came in with a couple of disassembled equipment due to me tinkering for a solution myself. Dan assembled all of them back when I received the car because he never leaves a car imperfect. I am overall happy with my experience and would bring any Mercedes to get serviced there by these two guys.

I had a great experience working with Casey. From start to finish, he was both professional and genuinely personable, which made the entire process easy and stress-free. He took great care of my car and made sure everything was handled thoroughly. I also really appreciated how flexible and understanding he was with my schedule and specific needs. The loaner vehicle was incredibly helpful as well and made it possible for me to keep up with my responsibilities while my car was being serviced. Casey’s level of customer care really stood out, and it’s clear he takes pride in making sure his customers feel taken care of. I would absolutely recommend working with him at Mercedes of Lynwood and Ariel( the girl that helped with the loaner she was very dow to earth with a unique name that I’m sure I have wrong at this second, but she deserves to be noticed as well.)

I recently brought my 2023 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter to Mercedes-Benz of Lynnwood for Service A and to investigate several issues, including low battery warnings, unavailable function messages on the dashboard, and an HVAC system that was not operating properly. I had a great experience working with Trey and the service team. Trey was responsive, professional, and kept me informed throughout the process. The technicians took the time to properly diagnose the issues, explain their findings, and ultimately resolve all of my concerns. Since the service, the warning messages have not returned and the HVAC system is functioning correctly again. It’s refreshing to work with a dealership that is customer-focused, communicates well, and stands behind its service.
