# Summary The dealership receives consistently high praise for sales staff professionalism, friendliness, and going above and beyond to create positive purchasing experiences. However, service department experiences are mixed, with some customers reporting excellent communication and transparent work, while others have encountered unclear communication during repairs, overpriced maintenance compared to competitors, and concerns about employee conduct and follow-up service recovery.
Upon arriving, the staff was friendly and helpful from the service tech to the sale people. My sale agent(Mr.Jones) was knowledgeable about the vehicle, personable, and kind. He went over and above to ensure I had a great experience.( he even provide me with some healthy snacks; Lol). Not to mention, the general manger and the use car manger were extremely kind and personable. They stop to engage me in conversation making me fill extremely welcomed. The Finance person (Porshia) was great as well. She provided excellent customer service without the long wait. I indicated, I needed to leave by a certain time and she made sure everything was complete. Also, she knew exactly which lender to send my information too, so my credit wouldn’t be shopped all around causing my credit score to drop. I forget to mention, the manger had my car delivered to me so I wouldn’t have to leave my old vehicle. Over all, I would certainly recommend this dealership to anyone looking to purchase a used or new vehicle. And all the sales agents are kind, helpful and personable. Anyone would provide the same level of service I received. Thank you guys for a wonderful experience. TNS
I brought in my C300 for warranty service after the check engine light came on. The repair took 2 months and ultimately resulted in the engine being replaced. Communication throughout was sometimes frustrating, as I struggled to get detailed answers about timelines or what parts had failed. At one point I was told that my car was ready, but the check engine light was still on when I came to pick it up. After I had my car back, Daniel, the service manager, called to ask about my experience. He said he'd like to meet me at my next service and offered a "heavy discount" off the normal price. I returned a couple months later and was surprised to learn that their service B is $1600 for an oil change, cabin filters, wipers, and brake fluid flush. I did not meet the manager in the 3 hours I was there, and the discount was only $150 off, less than 10%. Daniel explained that was all he was allowed to do, but it did not meet my expectations of a large discount in an attempt to earn my business back. I later found that RBM charges less than $900 for the same service. I never thought anyone at Marietta was rude, but I do feel like communication was lacking during my repair, and then the follow-up offer greatly missed my expectations. The dealership received these concerns, but I never received any follow-up.
I had a great experience with the service department. The staff was professional, courteous, and transparent throughout the entire process. They explained the maintenance performed on my Mercedes clearly and kept me informed every step of the way. The work was completed on time, and my vehicle is running perfectly. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. Highly recommended!
I strongly recommend avoiding this location. I came in for a simple alignment check after Pep Boys messed it up, and they also suggested completing three recalls, replacing all four tires, and all four valve stems. A couple of weeks later, one of the newly installed sensors failed. When I went back, they replaced that one sensor, but ever since then my van has gone downhill. Now they’re telling me I need to spend $900 to replace all the sensors, even though the other three were working fine before. To make matters worse, I caught one of the employees covering my dash camera (video Available)(I also posted where it should have went)and having a personal phone conversation while driving my van. Very unprofessional experience stay away from this location.
The experience from start to finish was smooth and was not the scary stories I was told about dealerships. 1st thing is that auto nations offer really fair deals and great prices for the packages. I had two amazing tellers shawn robinson and Chassity Gibson. I felt very welcomed and allowed the time to come to a deal for the vehicle. I got an amazing deal for 2016 toyota Camry 77k on the dash!
