Mercedes-Benz of Medford

I recently purchased a Mercedes GLE from out of the area and needed to have the driver-side speaker looked at. The team at Medford Mercedes evaluated the issue and quickly replaced the speaker. They also provided me with a loaner car, which made the whole process incredibly convenient. The entire experience was easy and seamless from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, professional, and clearly focused on great customer service. I really appreciate how smoothly everything was handled. Great service and a great experience all around. I'm from the San Francisco Bay Area but have family in Grants Pass, Oregon. I have a Mercedes Sprinter van that needed new tires and the 60k mile maintenance done. So on a whim, besides my local Mercedes dealer, I also checked pricing at Mercedes of Medford. Even with 800 miles of diesel fuel to get there and back, I literally saved well over a thousand dollars by having this major service step done in Oregon while visiting my family. (And no sales tax on the tires and all the parts I replaced!) As a retired industrial service business owner I was quite pleased with my telephone and subsequent in-person interaction with both Service Adviser Dan and Parts Desk Agent Brandon. They were able to accomodate my requests regarding the scheduling of my visit so that all parts required were in stock the morning of my arrival and the extensive service work was accomplished in one day. I would also like to acknowledge the efforts of Service Technician Justin and the time he spent with me providing recommendations and suggestions for the longevity of my Sprinter. (This was also my first exposure to the text and video summary of an initial service evaluation. It was very impressive.) At the end of the day I wanted to acknowledge the efforts of the above mentioned staff to Hugo, the Service Manager. Near 6pm in the evening, I found him sweeping out the service bay. Great management never shies away from doing the most mundane work if everyone else is busy and that's what needs to be done. That's leading by example. I can see why my experience with the Mercedes of Medford Service Department was so outstanding!

We limped in from Crater Lake on a Friday afternoon with a bad fuel pump. Shannon got us in to be checked out by Keegan almost immediately and verified the fuel pump issue. First thing Monday morning, they were at it and had it fixed by noon! Keegan is amazing and explained everything in detail! In the meantime, we were able to stay in our camper three nights on their parking lot with water and electric, and they also blessed us with a free loaner for the weekend. I just had a fabulous service at the Mercedes Benz of Medford having my GLE coop getting serviced. And thanks to Dan it was a superb experience. He not only was helpful in getting me a loaner car but he was very thorough and helpful in explaining what was all needed for my car at this time of service. It was a very smooth experience and I would like for Dan to be recognized for his service. In fact so far in my past 5 years owning my 43 AMG black coop which is my very favorite car I have always been pleased with the service I have received from Dan and Shannon. Easy to get appointment, always work with me to make sure I have a loaner since I live in Ashland and my practice is in Ashland they work with me in arranging the appointments.
