Andrew gave me one of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had. He was professional, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I left happy. His knowledge and customer service were outstanding. I highly recommend him to anyone shopping for a Mercedes. Derek from finance was also extremely helpful in the process. He made me feel understood and met all my needs and expectations.

If you're in state or out of state, I highly encourage you to head down to mb of Melbourne. William and Derrick were friendly, informative, transparent and patient with me. I was very nervous about the whole process, but it worked out perfectly and they sold me a well-maintained vehicle. Flying in from MI, I came in as a first time car buyer from a dealership, so I came in a little defensive due to my peers bad experiences with dealerships. None of the red flags they told me to watch out for came about. They picked me up from the airport, we sat down and went over paperwork, and I was out the door in my brand new car! If I had any complaints, trust me, I would include them in this review—but I genuinely dont have any! Thank you to William and Derrick (hope I spelled your name right lol)! I definitely know where I’ll be coming when it’s time for an upgrade.

Dropped off 2024 sprinter van for a simple sensor guard housing replacement, $4,75 part, found online, should have been under warranty since it was a Mercedes part with their part number on it. They told me I would have to pay for the part due to “I hit something” which was not true. They looked at the part I had in my hand and immediately made their mind made up not to cover it. I ended up not paying for the part and picked up the van. They rather loose a customer over a cheap part that should be covered than do the right thing. I would not recommend this dealership for any work to be done on your van or car. Money aside, it’s the principle of the matter, Customer service at its worst.

I was travelling cross country, and hit my service mileage along the way. I called several Mercedes dealers along the route. Most did not even call back, one did not service Sprinters. Anorher was a week out for scheduling. Essie at Melbourne got me scheduled for service the next day. Malisa, service advisor at Melbourne was very pleasant and welcoming and was able to find an answer for a question I had. Carli at the Customer Service Lounge was also great. Overall, it was a much better experience than my hometown Mercedes dealership, and the Mrs. fully agrees. Kudos to all, and Thank You!
