How you are treated. I bought my Mercedes Benz’s from Fletcher Jones in Newport Beach CA for 25+ years and was extremely happy with them, but then I moved to Wisconsin, the “flat” land of America with tractors and corn fields. WHERE in the heck am I going to find that? INTERNATIONAL AUTOS Mercedes Benz. Louai and Matt were amazing and they even went out of their way to get beautiful balloons and a cake and a Mercedes Benz gift for my wife because it was her birthday. All I can say is truly such a team. Not to mention the jury trying to get the car in my dreams G 63. Almost 2 weeks of grueling nightmares of trying to make it work going back-and-forth masterminding finally finding the financial perfect picture at the end of it all ended up being Mercedes-Benz financial who would’ve known. Guys we love you. We had a great dinner tonight in our brand new G 63. The family loves it. You guys are all awesome, HIGHLY recommend this dealership!!!!

Had my AC not working on my 2024 MB. They did the repair work, which was an extensive repair, in about a month. Car now has working AC. The interior, which is an off white color, had a lot of dark spots from the mechanics. And specific fabric sections of the seat are now tinted black, and I can't clean them easily. There was a damaged door seal and a small scratch on the faux wood dash. I will do what I can to get the dark spots off the interior, but the fabric section is definitely stained on both the driver and passenger side. I would still have given this a five star rating if it weren't for the damage issues, which are still minor. Tim was very pleasant and easy to work with.

I had The pleasure of meeting Brandon yesterday impeccable Customer Service if If you are looking for impeccable Customer Service, as well as a vehicle a Mercedes to be exact, I would highly recommend this location as well as meeting Mr. Brandon. He made my visit to this location Very pleasurable I look forward to coming back, as well as his manager, I totally forget his name. I do apologize, but thank you all so much for going above and beyond to assist me.

I went to the Mercedes dealership and I met Louai and he helped me purchase a Mercedes C class and he was very helpful and very trustworthy. I recommend that you ask for Louai next time you need to purchase a vehicle
