⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently purchased my dream vehicle, a 2026 Mercedes-AMG GLE 63 S, from Mercedes-Benz of Mishawaka, and I cannot say enough great things about the experience. A huge thank you to Cory Gibbons for making this milestone possible. From the very beginning, Cory was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right vehicle. He took the time to answer all of my questions, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and made what can often be a stressful car-buying experience feel smooth and enjoyable. What stood out most was Cory's dedication to customer service. He never made me feel pressured, was always responsive, and went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled correctly. His attention to detail and commitment to making sure I was satisfied did not go unnoticed. I would like to thank everyone at the dealership for making my purchase easy and stress free. However I would like to give a special thanks to the GM Scott Miller and the Sales Manager Scott Stephen for going above and beyond to meet my expectations and deliver financing that met my needs and my timeline as well as being available whenever I had any questions and also we’re flexible with my timeframe since I was purchasing from our of state. I have now purchased 4 Mercedes Benz from this dealership and although I could have bought in Phoenix, AZ I have received such great customer service that this is the ONLY dealership I would use. I highly recommend them!

I have tried multiple times to work with the service department at the Mishawaka location, but unfortunately my experiences have not been positive. Several service advisors seem disengaged, which makes the overall customer experience uncomfortable. In particular, Fred Foulks has consistently come across as dismissive and at times speaks in a manner that feels condescending as if it’s a big inconvenience for him when I bring my vehicle in for service or call with service related questions. Customer service should reflect the professionalism expected from a Mercedes-Benz dealership, but that hasn’t been my experience here.After giving this location several opportunities, I have decided that I will be taking my business to the Mercedes-Benz dealerships in Schererville or Kalamazoo going forward. I hope this feedback is taken constructively so that the customer service experience at this location can improve in the future. On a positive note the parts department and Ahmed Omar from sales are top notch.
