During my most recent visit, I was assisted by Michael Porter. Michael has helped me several times now, and I will continue to ask for him by name whenever I take my car there for service. Michael is very thoughtful, professional, and detail-oriented. He always attends to my requests, takes ownership of his role, and is there to answer my (sometimes many) questions to my satisfaction. If there is something Michael can't answer, he is sure to find the person who can. After my most recent service, Michael was happy to walk me through every detail of the process to ensure I was completely satisfied with the result. He is a lifelong Mercedes-Benz enthusiast, and it shows in the way he practices his craft. During this visit I also had the pleasure of speaking with Kerry and Eldon, all three of these individuals have been with Mercedes-Benz of Monterey for a long time, their experience, professionalism, and courtesy make me feel welcome and cared for before I even step through the door. In my opinion, it is becoming increasingly rare to find such dedicated, long-term staff who handle their roles with such pride and commitment to excellence.
