# Summary The dealership receives mixed feedback, with customers praising individual staff members like Kaushal and Troy for their professionalism and attentiveness, while others report significant issues with service quality, communication, and workmanship. Negative experiences include poor handling of tire repairs, inadequate paint work with extended turnaround times, and a lack of transparency in service decisions.
Very welcoming dealership. Kaushal is great. A gentleman and the girl at the front desk is truly amazing and a sweetheart as well. I’ve spoken with Kaushal several times already and he is consistently an absolute gentleman. Patient, helpful and kind as well. A true gentleman. I’ll be seeing him soon again!
Andrew was great , he had an answer to all of my questions; The dealership has a modern look , plenty of stock for you to look at , decent coffee machine ( just ok ) PS : A note for the sales manager , if you want to sell a car , the customer has every right to start the car , if the car is within showroom ensure it’s outside otherwise you will loose sale , doesn’t matter how good the sales person is I visited a different dealership ( Ray Catena ) the car was ready for me , I was able to start it as I wish , play with it and guess what I bought the car … just a feedback Again the team was great
Poor communication and lack of diligence I brought my vehicle in for brake service and picked it up after it had been with the service center for just over a week. Pickup was at 6:00 PM—right at closing—which left no opportunity to review the work or discuss any findings. Earlier that day, at 11:44 AM, I took a screenshot from the vehicle’s app showing the right front tire at 38 PSI, already below the recommended 44 PSI. I assumed the reading was related to the brake work and didn’t think much of it. By the time I left the service center just over six hours later, the tire had dropped to 28 PSI. This 10 PSI loss over six hours indicates a leak rate of roughly 1.7 PSI per hour, meaning the tire would have been completely flat in just over 24 hours. It is therefore not plausible that the puncture occurred before the vehicle was dropped off. If it had, the tire would have been flat days earlier. Despite this, the only mention was a note on the service paperwork stating: “Right front tire has a nail — customer refused repair.” That is not accurate. I was never contacted about the issue and never given the opportunity to approve or decline a repair. There was no refusal—only a lack of communication. The puncture was in the tread and was resolved in under five minutes with a standard plug. There were multiple other issues with this visit, but I’m choosing to focus this review solely on the tire incident—which alone justifies the 1-star rating. A service center handling six-figure vehicles should meet a much higher standard for communication, accuracy, and customer care.
Best service experience I’ve ever had. Troy, my service advisor, was knowledgeable, accommodating and very professional. I wish I lived closer so I could use them regularly. They took great care of my AMG SL and the entire experience and staff was great!
Terrible shop. Very unprofessional. They had my car in for a whole week for a job that should had taken 2 days. When they call me to pick up my car, the paint job they did has a huge drip of paint. So because of this, I could not accept my car. So it is still at the shop getting worked on and re painted. Stay as far away as possible from this dealership. This should never happen at a Mercedes Benz dealership. So today on 4/29/25 the dealership tried to deliver the car again and it had a new chip on my bumper. They didn’t fix the scratch or side of the wheel well. Those damages were done by the shop itself. I am lost for words and do not understand how any dealership can conduct business this way. I was forced to bring my car there due to insurance but if you have an option save yourselves the headaches. RUN !!!!!!!!! AS FAR AWAY AS POSSIBLE!!!!
