Start to finish a very pleasant experience. Luis Was very prompt And helping me to test drive two vehicles , from there A few days later, I decided to purchase one in the process was smooth. Luis Did most of the work via text and email, So that once I got there, the process was a smooth as possible. They did not try to talk me out of coming in with my pre approval , and When there was a snag on the credit process for my bank the finance manager Michael Painter got me an approval with the same low interest. They offered warranty/gap/extras but did not offer any resistance when I declined it , very respectful understanding and the business was done. Will be back for my next upgrade

We were recently faced with the immediate need for a car, and a Mercedes SUV made the final cut along with a Volvo. We were on the fence, but it only took one visit to MB of North Haven to make up our minds. PJ Zamani previously worked with my family, so I knew who to go to. We were looking for a unicorn in terms of the color, options and year. North Haven had the only configuration like this in the country. PJ showed us the car and without pressure we were able to test drive it and collect the information we needed. After sleeping on it we knew we had to get the car before someone else bought it. Going through the purchasing process over the phone and email was easy and I highly recommend this dealer and PJ specifically. He was great. The experience was great. I come from a service background and am critical with any service I receive. From the greeting when walking in the door all the way to signing papers I was impressed. I must also mention the thorough walk-through of the vehicle by Yusuf Sindi. He was great and helped me understand the immense amount of technology in the car. Zane explained everything to me in detail and even made a video breaking down what they were doing to my car. He answered any and all questions I had.
