Eddie checked me in and invited me to wait in the lounge until Chris check my Mercedes in. After only a few minutes, Chris Lopez approached me and warmly introduced himself and explained what needed to be done with my vehicle. As I waited for my ride, I received a text message from Chris personal cell phone informing me to contact him at any time for updates on my vehicle service status. I am truly impressed with the professionalism of NPB Mercedes staff and the elegance of their showroom.
