Our experience at this Mercedes location started off disappointing. Upon arrival, our family walked the lot and looked at vehicles without being greeted by any staff. When we went inside, several employees were standing together having a casual conversation, and no one acknowledged us for quite some time. After walking the showroom on our own, one employee finally greeted us. We were honestly close to leaving due to the lack of attention, it felt as though they were selling enough cars and didn’t need another customer. That said, Rico completely turned the experience around. He was kind, professional, and attentive from the moment he stepped in to help us. We told him which car we were interested in, took a quick test drive, and he worked efficiently to complete the transaction with my husband. Even with specific payment and lease terms in mind, Rico was able to deliver exactly what my husband wanted. Because of Rico, the experience ended on a positive note. While we were waiting, a kind woman (we didn’t catch her name) brought both of our daughters teddy bears, which they absolutely loved. The kids’ area was also a fun and welcoming space that kept them entertained while my husband finalized the purchase. Those thoughtful touches, along with Rico’s excellent service, helped turn the overall experience into a positive one.

Mercedes-Benz of North Scottsdale went above and beyond to deliver a truly incredible car buying experience for myself and my mom. My mom's old car got totaled and I wanted to get her into something, new, safe, and reliable. The process could not have been easier. I used their in house Mercedes-Benz financing and got the lowest APR I've ever had on a car (I wish I could refinance my other vehicles through them too). It was so fun bringing my mom into the dealership to give her her new car and they absolutely rolled out the red carpet for her. Virgil gave her a full walkthrough of the vehicle and all it's features, answered all her questions, and even helped her get her phone paired to the car and all set up. My mom is still calling me every few days to tell me how much she loves her new GLA and how safe she feels in it. Mission accomplished! Thank you SO much Michelle and Virgil for making a dream come true for myself and my mom! I will be a customer for life.

We originally had an appointment with another sales associates, however we got paired up with an amazing associate named Christian. They thoroughly listen to what I was looking for. They answered any questions and they updated anything if needed without hesitation as well as being transparent. They walked through every step in process and had explained everything to the point of understanding. Sales associate like this are very rare to come by. Definitely can say I will be a loyal customer.
