I can confidently say that Garrett Michael has never disappointed me when it comes to leasing my vehicles. I’ve been working with Garrett since 2018, and he has consistently ensured that I have the best experience possible — from placing me in the right vehicle to securing a reasonable car note. What I appreciate most is that Garrett truly looks out for his customers. I give him an idea of what I’m seeking in a vehicle and he makes it happen while always keeping my best interest in mind as it relates to the cost of the vehicle and a reasonable car payment. That level of care and attentiveness is exactly why I am still working with him in 2026 — and will continue to do so as long as he is at Mercedes-Benz of Northlake. I also want to recognize Mike Masotti, who is also absolutely amazing. From our very first interaction, he went above and beyond to make sure I had — and continue to have — a great experience with Mercedes( Northlake) He is warm, welcoming, approachable, and laid-back. When I met him, it felt like I had known him just as long as Garrett. That authenticity makes a difference. It’s refreshing to work with individuals who don’t let their titles dictate how they treat their customers. And I cannot forget Jordan Smith in Concierge — he is incredible as well. Even before I made my purchase, Jordan made sure I was comfortable, welcomed me warmly, and then ensured I was set up correctly with my vehicle. When I switched vehicles, both Jordan and Garrett moved my belongings into my new car because it was cold as heck outside!! That simple act made me feel genuinely cared for, like two big brothers looking out for me. The three of them are the “magnificent trio” at Mercedes-Benz of Northlake. They deserve to be recognized for the level of professionalism, authenticity, and customer care they consistently provide. Thanks again for another amazing experience!!!!

Hallelujah! First time Mercedes-Benz Owner! Yes, I prayed first for favor on a Fantastic deal. Awesome Sales experience with Michael Martin and Michael the Finance guy. I called Friday to schedule an appointment for Saturday to check out several specific Mercedes-Benz. OMG, I came out above what I prayed for ... a 2025! For whoever gets this...But God! They were professional, experienced, caring, and used their wisdom in dealing with each unique person. My arrival time was 8:00am and out by 11:30am with a new car. All papers were in place, no run around, very organized. They didn't waste my time. Each staff member I encountered were cheerfully welcoming.

Purchased my 3rd vehicle today from Blake and Garrett for my oldest daughter, they made the deal workable as well as delivery a breeze being an out of state buyer. Mike did the paperwork, explained options for coverage and made the process easy. The facility was great even while under construction. #trailerlife

Let's start off by saying I would NEVER take my Mercedes back to Northlake! I went for a key fob to be made and while they had my car they basically diagnosis my car without my permission! I was already aware of my right front axle and right headlight being out! That was going to be taken care of before this expensive 1500 dollar key and tow! They blocked everyone that could've gotten this key auto programmed and sent to their place of business which was much closer to me than NORTHLAKE! It was all about the money and whatever else they could find "HOPING" for more business. There's others that can work on luxury cars besides MERCEDES-BENZ! Money racket!! Don't appreciate how they went into other things on MY car without confirming with me.. the OWNER first. MERCEDES-BENZ of NORTHLAKE Will never see my car again and I recommend Mercedes-Benz of Independence Blvd in Charlotte NC. Oh! And their finally quote for what they found was....drum roll please...........$10,000 plus dollars! Lmbo imagine that for a 12 year old car.
