My car was at another location (Florida) that had to be transported up to NWA. It took about 10 days to get here, but he kept communications throughout its transit. When I arrived at the dealership, I witnessed him spot cleaning the exterior to ensure its perfection. He even adorned it with a big white bow. Noah’s attention to detail is impressive and definitely should not go unnoticed. The process at the dealership was quick and efficient. Due to a time crunch of my own, I did not have time to go over all of the cars bells and whistles. However, Noah reassured me that if any questions should arise to reach out and he would help. And he did just that! With a video instruction! Moving forward, my family will only be buying from him and we will be recommending him to any friends and family that should be in the market for a Mercedes. 10 STARS.

Everything started out WONDERFUL when they wanted to sell us the vehicle... Unfortunately we signed paperwork to buy the vehicle while it was getting some "simple paint work" touched up, and we we picked up the vehicle roughly a week later. When the vehicle was scheduled for pickup, I immediately noticed that the front of the vehicle had a fender alignment issue on the corner the work was being done, and I was told it would be taken care of after we took delivery.... Since then I was given quite the runaround by the salesperson, then apparently was cut completely off from getting anything communicated to me to handle the vehicle so they could deal directly with my significant other as she is the "sweet" one of the two of us. I should have known better honestly to deal with another SUPERIOR dealership after they COMPLETELY screwed her at the Mazda store a few years ago..... Pretty disappointed, but I should have known better....
