We could not have had a more wonderful experience. Jake was a fantastic sales person and he listened and fit us with the right vehicle and payment option. Every person we came into contact with was extremely friendly and respectful. This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Serra and it will not be the last.

I had a very disappointing experience with a sales representative while I was trying to get more information about a vehicle listed on the dealership’s website. I simply asked if I could see the vehicle. I did not ask to test drive it or make any unreasonable request. The representative explained that the dealership’s policy is to keep vehicles posted online even if they have already been sold, which I completely understood and had no issue with whatsoever. The issue was the attitude afterward. He made an unnecessary comment implying that even if a new vehicle were available, I would not be able to test drive it and would instead have to drive an older or used model. Again, I never asked to test drive anything. I only asked to see the vehicle. I have owned a couple of the same model before (both 2023), and my purpose was simply to see whether the upgrades were significant enough to justify purchasing one, placing a deposit, or ordering a new one. The way the comment was made felt dismissive, disrespectful, and unprofessional, as if I was not being taken seriously as a customer. This was especially disappointing because I have multiple friends who have purchased vehicles from this dealership, which is why I expected a much more professional and welcoming experience. I came in with genuine interest and wanted to ask more questions, but the interaction made me uncomfortable and pushed me away from continuing the conversation. Based on this experience, I would not feel comfortable returning or recommending this dealership.

The Sales Representative Grant and The Car Service from Sam were just amazing great people all around they treat you like family and friends. Most definitely will be going back to work with these guy. Very welcoming environment n had a lot of good talks with the guys that work there!

I had a great experience with the Mercedes dealership. They were incredibly accommodating and allowed me to leave my car for repairs while I was out of town, which gave me real peace of mind. The team took the time to clearly explain everything, making sure I understood the work being done. Everyone was professional, friendly, and attentive throughout the process. And the car wash at the end was such a nice touch—thank you! Truly a great team.

Today was my first time visiting the service department. Graydon couldn’t have been more gracious helping me learn about my car and acquainting me with the service process. I had my tires/wheels swapped out today and the new ones are awesome. I appreciate the staff’s good work.
