So to keep things from becoming a novel, I came to Orange County Benz from another dealership that I’ve spent A LOT of money with over the last 6-7 years between 15-16 pax luxury sprinters and personal vehicle purchases. They had my vehicle a little more than expected but only a few days but from her constant updates and professionalism and the fact the dealership uses vehicle scanning ensuring the condition of your car is returned in the same or better shape you gave it to them. I bought my car from other dealerships in the past but Mercedes Benz of orange county rolled the red carpet out for me and made me feel like I was a valuable customer. They took their time explaining everything to me from paperwork to the features on the car, apps, and i even got acquainted with other departments.
