Let me start with I absolutely hate buying a new/used vehicle. The salesman meeting you in the parking lot with game on! This was the absolute best experience I have ever had! If you are looking for a vehicle and looking for an HONEST sales experience i highly recommend AJ! This was the fist dealership I shopped and did not leave until I found the vehicle best suited for me. Along that journey AJ patiently allowed me to drive the vehicles I was interested in (it was quite a few and knew the other salespeople were like what is going on) with his patience, I knew i was not leaving this lot. I shopped other lots before making my appointment and similar cars were listed more than 5k above there's. There is not much room for negotiation, but the prices are priced much better than other dealerships. I highly recommend contacting AJ if you want an honest, good experience buying a car and best overall experience. WE WILL BE BUYING OUR FUTURE CARS FROM AJ AT MERCEDES PENSACOLA!!!!!!

I had a great experience working with RJ Jarman when purchasing my car. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful without being pushy. He took the time to answer all my questions, made sure I understood my options, and really listened to what I was looking for. Some of the rudest and most pathetic people in service. Their goal is just to take your money and push you out of the door. I had a KIA 10 years ago and the KIA service staff much better and nicer than here. If you ask for to speak with the main service manager - good luck! He is even worse than their other service staff - very defensive and always tries to blame the customer first. AVOID them at all costs. S C A M!!!

I just purchased a used SUV. This was seamless and easy!! We had the pleasure of working with RJ. He was very straightforward and honest with us. My favorite part was there was NO pressure. Also he didnt keep us sitting there for hours on end. He actually suggested to go home and he would let us know how everything was going. Well with work and life it took 7 days for us to get back. He had the SUV detailed, gassed up, and all paperwork already done. Tremendous experience!!!

I just want to give a big shoutout to R J from Centennial Mercedes Benz of Pensacola. I acquired about a car for my son off of their website and RJ responded back within minutes. He made us His Number 1 on His list even though he didn’t know us. Always there when I needed answers within minutes. Ultimately resulting in My Son getting his Dream car. RJ you the Man!!!
