We had a great experience at the dealership! Amina was our salesperson, and she was incredibly sweet, polite, and never once made us feel pressured. They didn't have the exact vehicle I was looking for, but she worked with her manager, Andrew, to put together a fantastic deal on a car I absolutely love. The only thing it's missing is one feature I was hoping for, but I couldn't pass it up. The color is brand new this year and happens to be my all-time favorite. It was the perfect color, and the other vehicles in my price range just weren't colors I wanted. The entire buying process was smooth and easy. Andrew even stopped by several times while we were signing paperwork just to check in and make sure everything was going well, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I'm definitely looking forward to coming back for my first oil change. Thank you, Amina and Andrew, for making buying a car such an enjoyable experience!

I liked the costumers service before I bought my used glc 300 car, but I found one cosmetic paint issue that I didn’t see at night when I got the car. They should have mentioned it or at least offer to fix it when I mentioned next day, but they kept ignoring my messages until they told me that they accommodate for these issues in the price instead. So watch out if you are buying a used car from this dealer
