Had a great experience leasing a beautiful new Mercedes EQE!! I was able to complete the deal remotely and everything could not have been smoother. I had a wonderful sales consultant Erik Porter. I recently purchased a used Mercedes and took it to Mercedes-Benz of Raleigh for a check-over. I am very pleased with the service I received from both the Service department and Parts department. Desmin in Service was very helpful, keeping me informed of the progress and answering all my questions. He was doing what looked like 50 things at once but still made sure all my questions were answered clearly and concisely. Tony in the Parts department knows what he is talking about and quickly acquired the couple of accessories I wanted for the car (Tesla charger adapter and cargo liner). I have found my Mercedes service center in Raleigh for all future needs.
