This morning around 7:20 AM, while driving to get coffee, my new Mercedes unexpectedly began malfunctioning and would not accelerate properly. Safety is extremely important to me especially in a brand-new vehicle that is fully under warranty so I immediately pulled over and contacted Mercedes-Benz of Romeoville. Although I initially reached voicemail for the Service Manager, within moments their team proactively returned my call to make sure I was taken care of. That level of attentiveness alone spoke volumes. When I arrived at the dealership, they were fully prepared for me. Despite being completely booked and having nearly all loaner vehicles already assigned for the day, the Service Manager and staff quite literally made a way. They moved mountains to secure transportation for me so I could safely get back and forth to work. I was in and out in under 20 minutes. That is operational excellence. That is leadership. That is customer-first service. In a moment that could have been stressful and inconvenient, they turned it into an experience defined by professionalism, urgency, and care. We came in with gas in our 2015 Mercedes pleasure way Fl. The service department were great, they responded quickly and flushed out our tank, line and replaced the fuel filter plus did a safety check of the whole fan. Also, changed the oil and test drove it and added a quarter tank of clean diesel. We’re driving from California to MB, and back to California, so far, so good. Let me just say from the day I came into this dealership I've been driving past since it opened I had a 2023 Gle Mercedes truck prior got in a accident on vday and I told myself that if I ever were to get another car, it was strictly be from Mercedes. My experience was amazing. I trusted ardit He convinced me he made me feel good. I came in there, dressed down due to my accident. I was comfortable mismatched and everything, but I was not judged. I was treated like a normal customer then I met Alex. The finance guy. All I can say is I thank God for them both I trusted Alex because already told me that he's great at his job and let me tell you Saturday the week prior to the 28th. I came in there. I was denied at first and then I was able to get my dreams one of my dream trucks he made it happen for me Alex. He was patient. He worked diligently for almost a week and a half after I was able to get my vehicle. I'm so blessed and honored by these two men they took their time they gave me what I needed. They made me feel comfortable and I was so blessed to be able to buy a Mercedes from the Mercedes lot and you just can't tell me what God cannot do so I just wanna thank Mercedes of Romeoville and I really really appreciate ardit and I really really appreciate Alex and I pray that everybody from this review will be able to see how amazing they treated me and go. We recently bought a car here at the Mercedes Benz of Romeoville. We initially came to look at a c300, however we walked extremely happy with a E350 that was sold for a fair price. Not only did the car sell for itself, it set the standard for Mercedes, “This is Mercedes and you are a king” for every vehicle. This was not possible without the staff of dealership. Every staff member was extremely helpful, and especially Ardit S. who took attention to us and made arrangements to help us get this car in a quick turn around time. He also helped us get the full Mercedes Benz experience. He showed the difference between what we wanted and what we deserved. You will fall in love with these cars, and if you see one car you love that sells out, due to the quick moving of inventory, the cars constantly come in and out. Beyond the stunning cars, the interior is made with carefully created luxurious walls that make you feel like a king. I highly suggest to go to this dealership.
