Hello everyone, I just got my first car that I paid for myself recently. The guy i worked with is named Lance. Before even getting to the dealership he was extremely patient when on the phone (I answered half sleep) and even though I was sluggish he was still able to get me in a more attentive state about the car. He was friendly and easy to talk too, he did his best to make sure I got the full experience of the car I was looking into even when I was hesitant to test drive. During the test drive he showed me some features and took me through a nice route to really get a feel for the ride. He knew quite a lot about the car, had all the information, and the answers to the questions I asked. Lance also texted me the next fews days after I made the purchase to make sure I was enjoying myself. Im glad I ended up at this Mercedes making my own first purchase, it was a great experience and all the staff there are super kind. They offer you a drink whenever you walk in as well or you’re free to grab one yourself. My mom works with Jason and he was super awesome when talking with me as well. Jason always makes sure to take care of my mom also. A lot My family have come here. I’d definitely recommend going to this Mercedes.
