I can’t say enough good things about our experience! From start to finish, the process was smooth, professional, and pressure-free. We were in touch with multiple dealerships, including Portland and Wilsonville Mercedes, but this location stood out by far as the most friendly, responsive, and helpful. We worked with Bernardo, and he was absolutely fantastic! Nearly two weeks ago, we told him we were looking specifically for a courtesy vehicle to get a bit of a discount. He promised to follow up and he did exactly that. He called us back as soon as the perfect car became available. Meanwhile, the other dealerships we spoke with never even followed up, even though they had similar vehicles listed on their websites. And the cherry on top? When we picked up the car, we received a thoughtful gift something I’ve never experienced before when buying a car. It was such a classy and personal touch that really made this moment extra special. If you’re looking for a dealership that truly values its customers, this is the one. Highly recommend!

Nice people but incompetent service on a simple oil change. Driving home I received an oil warning light and had to pull off Hwy 22 to investigate (found it high). At home I removed two quarts of oil (see photo). I cannot understand how neither the dipstick nor the dashboard oil indication was checked afterward. Next time I'll use another dealership or do the oil change myself and save a couple hundred dollars.

We own a 2023 Mercedes Sprinter Van-Winnebago Adventure Wagon. The heater went out and when I went to have it repaired, it was discovered that the warranty had expired early as the RV dealer did not fill out the proper paperwork to go to Mercedes. The RV dealer was of no help to correct the issue. Evan with Sprinter service at Salem Oregon Mercedes worked with Mercedes Corporate and corrected the issue. He went above and beyond to fix an issue caused elsewhere. The heater motor was repaired under warranty thanks to the extra efforts by Evan. I have been to Salem Mercedes several times now for routine service and it is top notch. Friendly service, beautiful dealership and employees that know how to treat customers. Sprinter Owners; it is worth the drive to come here for service! To the Owner of Salem Mercedes; Evan deserves some extra employee recognition. Thanks again Evan!
