I dropped by on a Sunday afternoon and had a great experience with Ashley and manager Andy. Ashley gave me a detailed tour and a test drive of the GLA250, patiently answering all of my questions. Andy was transparent and honest throughout the negotiation and helped me get a good price. Even though the paperwork took about five hours, I left happy with my new car! The entire process was smooth. The showroom is also beautiful, spacious, bright, and very welcoming.

Thanks to the manager of the dealership, as well as Ashley, Ryan, and Kyle, we were able to buy the car we have been looking for a long time. They were so kind enough to buy our trade in at more than retail value and also helped us to get our payments even lower than ever! We went from expecting $800+ payments to walking out with $550 a month payment! Ashley started off by parking the car upfront so we didn’t have to go far, and he went out of his way to talk to his supervisor and find out a way to make everything work out for us and our finances. After talking to Ashley and his supervisor, they gave us more than we’d expect for my trade in. I am forever grateful. Ryan helped us learn about what warranties are best for our budget and was working on getting it lower for us. He was very informative on what’s most important. He asked for help from the director Kyle, who really blessed us that day. Not only did he apologize multiple times for my husband and I being there for 5+ hours, but he gave us a discount which saved our finances completely. I almost cried. My husband and I didn’t know how we were going to do it, but without Kyle, we wouldn’t have had the car we wanted. He is their director for a reason. He’s the guy! They are so courteous and mindful of your budget. My husband and I didn’t have a lot to work with, but they made sure to work with us so we could afford our family car comfortably without breaking the bank. I had such a great experience with Xavier! I honestly went in feeling pretty intimidated. The dealership is beautiful, and I was pulling up in my old Mazda 3 . On top of that, I hadn't been to a dealership in about 15 years and was going alone, so I was definitely nervous. As soon as I got out of my car, Xavier approached me right away and completely changed the experience. He sat me down, asked thoughtful questions about what I was looking for, and really took the time to understand my needs. He showed me the used car I originally came in for, but also showed me a few other options I hadn't even considered, which I really appreciated. Who knew I could afford something other than a Mazda 3?! What stood out the most was how comfortable and welcome he and the rest of the team made me feel. A couple of other staff members also checked in, and the whole environment felt friendly, down to earth, and not judgmental at all, which meant a lot. Overall, such a positive experience. I would highly recommend this location! Even with the construction on the street, they are open and absolutely worth the visit.

Luis Vargas is the go to guy if you’re looking for a new or used Mercedes Benz car or SUV. He grabbed us when he was on the phone outside and saw us browsing in the parking lot. He is very easy to talk to, no pressure at all. And he listens and knows what you need, then he will take you to explore all the options that they have as inventory or may be on the way. We changed our purchasing directions a few times, he was very patient and helpful. And we did find and purchased the “right” car. We are very happy.

I’ve purchased two Mercedes in the last 3 months. I live closer to Stevens Creek Mercedes but San Jose Mercedes had the model I wanted. My sales rep was Xavier. He’s a younger guy but I really enjoyed my experience with him. The biggest element was that Xavier was very familiar with the detailed functions of the MBUX electronics system. It might seem like a small thing but the system is very sophisticated and even after 3 months of owning the first Mercedes my wife and I had not figured out all the MBUX features. Xavier walked us through the gaps in our knowledge and we learned a bit more about the system. I would recommend both San Jose Mercedes and Xavier.
