I’m travelling with my new sprinter and the check engine light came on. Since I’m from Canada the warranty isn’t covered. Assessment costs over $200 to check the code. Since the light is solid another owner I spoke to said that I should be ok. If the light is flashing that is an emergency. I wish the service department had told me that since they are the experts. As an owner travelling with my new vehicle you think they could be helpful and advise me. I get more help from Chat GPT or owners I meet on the road. A little disappointed since if I go for help anywhere else I void my warranty. Since I paid for extended warranty for 6 years and I can’t get help when travelling in my van what options do I have? Hopefully I am fine as I’m travelling alone. I still love my Sprinter and hope I don’t have any serious trouble on the road.

I would never do business with this dealership ever again. Stay far away from their business dealings. Especially as an out of State customer. Not only unprofessional but unethical. I purchased a GWagon G63 with a promise to get allotment in 2024 and trade their vehicle at a discount for them. We agreed on a personalized vehicle we designed. Not only did they give the first allotment to ownership. The second was sold to an Instate customer, once I agreed on purchase and sent wiring instructions. Completely unethical. I asked to discuss the business dealings with ownership to make them aware of how business was done and I was told I unable to discuss this with ownership. As a trusted business owner this is completely unacceptable. Please be aware of how business is done in this dealership before making big decisions. This was the vehicle my wife personally designed.

We recently bought a 2025 C300 and the previous owners account has the car locked. Called Mercedes of Santa Fe and they want $150 to unlock the car, didn’t seem right so I call other Mercedes dealerships and they will do it for free. Definitely won’t be coming here in the future for service or purchases since Mercedes of Santa Fe seems to value making a quick buck over building positive relationships or providing basic customer service.
