Awesome Buying Experience – 5 Stars Isn’t Enough! I recently purchased a 2025 Mercedes-Benz GLB from Mercedes-Benz of Santa Rosa, and it was a world-class experience from start to finish. Honestly, I wish there were 6 or 7-star options available because 5 stars just doesn't seem like enough to describe how well I was treated. The Personal Touch You can really tell that this is a family-owned dealership. Unlike the big corporate stores, there is a genuine personal touch here that makes you feel like part of the family. The service reflected that warmth and care at every step. A "Dream Team" The deal I got on my GLB was awesome, but the people were even better. A huge thank you to Sandra Amador-she was my salesperson and was patient and knowledgeable, helping me find the right vehicle for me. Herbert Schonian and Rick Stuflick, the sales managers, helped me get a deal that was better than I hoped for finding special incentives that weren't even on Mercedes' website. And Erin Mahre in Finance was very professional taking time to explain the ridiculous amount of paperwork. These four individuals are the gold standard of customer service. They were professional, transparent, and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. It wasn’t just a transaction; they made sure the entire process was seamless and stress-free. My New Ride The 2025 GLB is incredible—the perfect blend of luxury and utility. I walked away not only with a vehicle I love but with the peace of mind that I bought it from a local business that truly cares about its reputation and its customers. Do not bring your car here for service whatever you do. The consultants will not call you back and the mechanics are very subpar. In addition the dealership will try to eliminate anything from warranty coverage. I have had my car serviced there twice i. The past 8 months and they could solve the problem either time. I have a 2024 GLS 450 and I had transmission issues at 8,000 miles and they couldn't solve the problem. They did tell me I needed bew tires though. I recently brought the vehicle in for squeaky brakes at 13,000 miles and they told me the pads were fine but they needed tape and glue and the problem was not covered under warranty. They were supposed to wash my vehicle and provide a loaner car neither of which they did. Avoid at all costs. My service consultant , Katie was totally unconcerned about my problems.
