# Summary Most customers praise the dealership's sales staff for their professionalism, responsiveness, and clear communication throughout the vehicle purchase process. However, one customer reported a serious issue with a certified pre-owned vehicle that experienced multiple mechanical failures immediately after delivery, with concerns about the dealership's accountability and resolution offered for the defective car.

Worked with Tino on the purchase of my S-Class. When I first inquired about the car, it wasn't even ready to be put up for sale because it just came in on a trade, but Tino let me take it for a test drive anyways. Great support throughout the process, made everything easy and provided clear communication. Very knowledgeable with everything I asked about. Every time I came into the dealership, front desk was very personable and kind, offering water or anything else I needed. Alaina was great as well and answered my questions on the status of the vehicle readiness as well as the technology overview in the car after the purchase was completed. Shout out to Shane too, he helped with the paperwork, answered all the questions I had even if I emailed him late at night, and explained the service packages I could add to my purchase. Awesome teamwork all around.

John Wacker at Mercedes-Benz Scottsdale made our purchase experience outstanding from start to finish. He was incredibly responsive and flexible in coordinating a convenient time for us to view the vehicle and take a test drive, which we really appreciated. Throughout the process, John maintained a great attitude, communicated clearly, and followed up consistently without ever being pushy. He worked with us to ensure the deal felt fair and comfortable for everyone involved, which made the experience feel collaborative and stress-free. If you’re looking for someone who is professional, attentive, and genuinely cares about delivering a great customer experience, I highly recommend working with John. We couldn’t be happier with our new GLE!

BEWARE BEFORE BUYING FROM MERCEDES-BENZ ARROWHEAD. I purchased a 2025 Mercedes C63s with fewer than 3,000 miles on it. The vehicle was sold to me as “Certified Pre-Owned,” which supposedly means the car has passed extensive inspections and is in excellent condition. Before purchasing, I specifically asked whether there were any issues with the vehicle and was repeatedly assured the car was in perfect condition and ready to go. The car was delivered to me, and within 20 minutes of our VERY FIRST drive, the vehicle went into limp mode and the check engine light came on. I pulled over with my two small children, turned the vehicle off, and then the car would not restart. A large RED warning message appeared on the dashboard and the vehicle was completely disabled on the side of the road. This was the first drive after taking delivery of a supposedly “Certified” luxury vehicle. When I contacted the dealership, I was told I would need to have the vehicle towed to Mercedes for diagnosis. After sitting for a week, I was informed the problem was “just a loose boost hose” and that the car was fixed and ready for pickup. We paid for transportation to collect the vehicle, only for the check engine light to come back on AGAIN less than 10 minutes into the drive home. We barely made it back to the dealership. The vehicle has now been at the dealership for FOUR WEEKS, and I am now being told the car may have: * A hybrid battery issue * A turbo issue * Communication system faults In other words, the vehicle appears to have serious underlying problems that clearly existed before it was sold to me. What is most concerning is that this vehicle was marketed and sold as “Certified Pre-Owned.” At this point, that certification feels completely meaningless and nothing more than a marketing tactic designed to justify charging customers more money. To make matters worse, the dealership offered to buy the vehicle back, but expected me to absorb nearly $3,000 in fees despite the car failing almost immediately after delivery. Imagine purchasing a “Certified” Mercedes that breaks down on the first drive, only to then be charged thousands of dollars to return it. This is not the level of service, accountability, or quality anyone expects from a luxury brand like Mercedes-Benz. This experience has felt more like dealing with a shady used car lot than a flagship Mercedes dealership. I am simply asking for a fair resolution: * A full refund including fees OR * A proper replacement vehicle of equal value and condition Customers should not be financially punished for a dealership selling a defective “Certified” vehicle.

I bought a car last week, and the experience was great. Jonathan Musil was very professional and easy to work with from start to finish. What I appreciated most was that he respected my time. I was in and out in less than 45 minutes on a Sunday, and he kept the paperwork and back-and-forth to a minimum. The whole process was straightforward and stress-free. I’d definitely recommend reaching out to Jonathan.

I am one very dissatisfied customer of Mercedes- Benz of Scottsdale. Let me explain. While camping this past weekend, I broke the outside driver’s side mirror assembly. I decided to possibly go the cheaper route and buy this discounted part from MB of Scottsdale and install it myself. I called and talked with someone (my first and only mistake and didn’t get a name). He assured me that he had the part and it was a fit for my MB RV. I provided him the VIN as he asked. I wish I would have taken a picture of the mirror assembly I needed. When I got back from our camping trip, the package was waiting. I picked it up and realized that it was less than half the weight of my ordered assembly. I opened the small box and it contained a small driver’s side mirror assembly with no mirrors, no amber light and one arm extending a couple inches from the mounting surface. The mirror that I thought I was ordering contained a long vertical mirror and under this was a small horizontal mirror. This entire assembly extended 12 inches from the side of the RV. My thoughts were firstly : MB of Scottsdale made a mistake so I called and talked to Armani. He said that was the correct part and I would need to order the mirror. Remember I said mine has two mirrors. It obviously was not the correct part. So I asked him if he would send a return shipping label. He informed me that I was responsible for the return shipping cost ( approximately $25) and there would be a 20% restocking fee. We discussed that and he said he could waive that fee, but the return shipping charge was on me. This is the first time I have ever had to deal with Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale or any other city. I am extremely dissatisfied in this experience and hoping that all Mercedes Benz are not like this one. I would have gladly rated 5 stars if they were willing to work with me, however, they weren’t and I wasn’t buying a car, just a part. To them I am nothing. I should have taken a picture of the part they sent me, however it is boxed up and awaiting my return to them. The part might fit a Mercedes car, but not my RV which requires a mirror assembly that is identical to these pictures. Come on Mercedes of Scottsdale. You can do better than what I have experienced. Note: And they did do better as a result of this post. I received an email saying the mailing fee of $25 would be credited to my account. It is too sad that this return could not have been offered when I initially contacted them concerning them sending the wrong part. For your information, I was able to get the entire mirror assembly for approximately $270 from Eurocampers.com. They shipped it to me immediately with free shipping and a -10% discount because of labor day. The part arrived in 3 days. I have found my new parts store.
