Thank you for being awesome! I was travelling from Florida to Canada when i experienced some turbo issues with my Class C Sprinter RV. I arrived at Mercedes-Benz of Silver Spring at 4:pm in the afternoon expecting to get a cold reception, drop the vehicle and fly home. To my surprise the service rep starts making phone calls to his mechanics explaining that I was travelling and needed help. Immediately they take it in the garage, run diagnosis and determine the issue. Parts were hand delivered overnight and my RV was ready by 11:am the next morning. I cannot say enough how wonderful it is to see real service and real caring at work! Thank you. I am sure you regular customers already know about your great staff and great service and I sure hope new customers will appreciate it too.
