Got me in quickly for a Service B and a couple other items. Advisors were great to work with. I was just passing through, so if you are a full timer or on a cross country trip I suggest skipping other states and stopping here! Wait time wasn’t bad at all given all the work. I called to make the appointment I didn’t book through the website and would suggest the same.

We were treated HORRIBLY by the shop immediately before here, and were so fortunate to be assisted by this team and put back on the road the SAME DAY. 5 stars, Rob is a rock star - 10/10.

Although we were not able to purchase a car due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, but we had a great experience working with Adam Huber. He was professional, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer our questions and made everything clear. I would definitely recommend Adam to others, and I look forward to work with him again in the future.

We spent the last couple of days here and what a great experience. The sales manager was Steve A. He was VERY knowledgeable and helpful. We stayed overnight and Kelly D. gave us quiet a bit of information for us to entertain ourselves while we are in town. She had a number of recommendations for our 12 year old son. The mechanic, Corey S, was the most knowledgeable Mercedes mechanic we have had since visiting Mercedes. We have been to the ones in Eugene, Reno and Las Vegas. We have even been to Sprinter specific mechanics -- Corey was willing to take on a mechanical issue that the others were dumbfounded at. What a GREAT team! This really is the Mercedes experience ♥️ Overall - They took what could have been a very negative experience and made it a very positive one.

I bought an EQE 350. First time owning an electric vehicle. I absolutely love the car. The range on it is in line with the actual range. Well, about 40 miles less, but I was expecting that. Carol Morken was my saleslady . She did a fantastic job. I had set up an appointment to look at cars and discuss my options. I leased this car. I have never bought/leased a vehicle with such ease. Very transparent with my vehicle trade in allowance. Everything was straightforward. Zero pressure. The only overwhelming part was how to operate my new vehicle. Carol was extremely helpful. Very patient in explaining all the gadgets and bells and whistles. I even had to come back a 2nd time to have a refresher course which she happily obliged me. This was my 1st brand new car. It was also my best experience ever at a dealership. The luxury auto mall is many steps above the rest.
