Cameron really helped me out! We came to a great comprise on a fair price. He "held" it for me essentially even though it was a risk on his part, so, I could be confident while purchasing out of state. He did not pressure me to get a warranty I did not want or make me feel like I had to use his lender. This is the first time I can say that has happened. It overall was a great experience. He sent me a ton of videos and was detailed in all the cosmetic stuff that is part of buying a new rig! Brady the manager also helped my older parents test drive it so, that I could be confident in my purchase. Thank you guys for working with me in a more difficult situation.

I had an outstanding experience with Mercedes-Benz of Spokane, especially thanks to Scott Grumbly. I brought my Mercedes Airstream Atlas in because it wouldn’t start. After a thorough inspection, the technician discovered a loose fan with a stripped bolt that had damaged the radiator and turbo cooler in addition to the original problem, both of which needed replacement. The original no-start issue was traced to a faulty electronic ignition system that also required replacement. At first, the warranty showed that it had expired because it hadn’t been properly updated at the time of purchase from Airstream of Chicago, even though I still had 1 1/2 years remaining. Scott stepped in and helped guide me through the entire warranty correction process, which turned out to be quite complicated. He stayed in touch with me regularly, offering encouragement, updates, and clear direction every step of the way. Thanks to Scott’s diligence and patience, the warranty was corrected to the proper date, and all the repairs were covered, saving me thousands of dollars. I can’t say enough about the professionalism and customer care I received. A sincere thank you to Scott Grumbly and the entire team at Mercedes-Benz of Spokane. Highly recommended!

Had a great experience at Mercedes-Benz of Spokane. We bought our first Mercedes. The salesmen Robert and Riley could not have been more helpful and patient. They made this buying experience very comfortable. I made an offer and they came back with a better offer. They even drove the car to our home when we decided to buy it. Back in 2021 we purchased a 2021 GLA250 at Mercedes Benz of Spokane, that time Robert helped us, he left such a good impression that time, that we thought that he was not going to be able to outdo himself, fast forward to 11/15/2025 and we were wrong. Robert went out of his way in the most professional, knowledgeable and courteous way, this time we purchased a 2026 GLE AMG aka Big Bertha, Robert not only was patient with us, but he made this vehicle purchase memorable, he spent the time explaining every detail of the car and making sure this is the car that we wanted. In all of our vehicle purchases, only one other one comes to mind, our first Mercedes (2015 E350) but without hesitation, I can say that this time was different, I mentioned to Robert that the car was for my wife's birthday and he made sure to make it truly special.
