After many visits since September 2023, I can confidently say Morries Mercedes-Benz of St. Paul has earned my trust. I drive a 2023 Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 4MATIC that I purchased new out of state in August 2023, and even though I did not buy my vehicle from Morries, they have consistently delivered a high level of service that keeps me coming back. I want to specifically recognize Kim, Sean, Mitch, and Tony for their professionalism, communication, flexibility, and overall level of care over time. Credit is absolutely due. Because I work overnight shifts as a registered nurse, efficiency, clear communication, and respect for my time matter a great deal to me, and this team has consistently delivered. I also want to give real credit to the technicians. They go above and beyond, and I truly appreciate their transparency, consistency, and attention to detail when reviewing my vehicle, explaining what was completed, and documenting their work. As a nurse, I respect that process because it reminds me a lot of healthcare — details matter, consistency matters, and communication matters. I have reviewed technician videos from Zachary, Jacob, Taylor, and Ryan, and those are just examples of the quality and professionalism I have experienced. All of the technicians who have worked on my vehicle deserve recognition, even if I do not know every name personally. It is clear this dealership hires qualified people who know what they are doing. One of my favorite parts of the service process is the video updates. I do not just skim them — I actually listen, review, and compare them to prior visits. That level of transparency helps me stay informed about my vehicle and gives me confidence in the service recommendations. I have also been to the dealership multiple times over the years regarding an ongoing sunroof issue, and the team has remained patient, thorough, and committed to resolving it. My vehicle needed reprogramming, and they continued working the issue instead of brushing it off. Beyond that, they have also stayed on top of recalls and routine maintenance, which I appreciate. I also prepaid my maintenance package in advance for convenience and long-term savings, and Nadia in the finance office was wonderful to work with. That was absolutely worth doing. My mindset is simple: take care of your car the same way you take care of your body. Maintenance matters. Mercedes-Benz ownership is not cheap, and it should not be approached cheaply. If you want your vehicle to perform the way it should, you have to take care of it properly. Overall, Morries Mercedes-Benz of St. Paul has provided a polished, professional, and trustworthy service experience. I appreciate the thoughtful touches, the elevated level of care, and the consistency I have received over time. I will continue servicing my vehicle here for as long as I am in the area. Wow! What an amazing experience from start to finish. Adam made the entire car-buying process incredibly easy and stress-free. He was patient, attentive, and really took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for. Aaron, the sales manager, handled my trade-in seamlessly and made everything move quickly and smoothly without any issues. Austin in finance was excellent — he explained everything clearly while keeping the process efficient so we could get in and out without spending hours at the dealership. Sammy was also fantastic walking us through all the new features of our C43W4 and making sure we felt comfortable before leaving. The extra touches — the bow on the car, AMG gift, and photos — truly made the experience feel special. This was by far the fastest, easiest, and most enjoyable vehicle purchase I’ve had in over 20 years. Highly recommend this team!
