Kyle at Mercedes-Benz provided outstanding service on my 2024 Sprinter van. From start to finish, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He communicated clearly throughout the process, kept me informed on timing and status, and made sure everything was handled correctly the first time. Servicing a Sprinter can sometimes feel complicated, but Kyle made it seamless. He clearly understands the vehicle and takes pride in delivering great customer service. Best Sprinter buying experience in CA! I just bought my second Sprinter from MB of Stockton (my first one was back in 2017), and I can honestly say these guys are the best in the business. Huge thanks to Jace (Sales Consultant) and Forrest (Vans Sales Manager) for making the whole process so smooth. Also, a big shoutout to Jason (GSM) for his help. What I appreciate most is their honesty — no games, no hidden fees. I shopped around, and they gave me the best price in all of California. Domy is one of the best salesman’s I’ve worked with in all of my vehicle purchases to date. Super informative on the car, great and joyful attitude. Negotiating was smooth sailing and got me the deal I wanted on the car. Didn’t make us wait at all and was ready to greet me immediately all 3 times arrived to the dealership. As for the little buddy me and my father dealt with in finance, not so great, definitely has an attitude problem 🤣, but thanks once again to domy for the great experience!

This was my first in-person visit to Mercedes-Benz of Stockton and I met Ashley for the first time. She was very nice and friendly and has a great personality. We got along very well as I introduced her to my vehicle. Ashley was very thorough in collecting information about my vehicle and listened to everything I had to say to add to her notes. This wasn't the first time my vehicles have been at Mercedes-Benz of Stockton. 2 years ago I had an additional Mercedes-Benz, a 2008 CLS550 and Mercedes-Benz of Stockton did the complete exchange of steering linkage, upper and lower control arms, tie rod ends, ball joints and both of my front suspension pneumatic struts, as well as replace my engine motor mounts. They did an exceptional job as Ashley did an exceptional job helping me with the service my vehicle needed. I believe Ashley is an exceptional service advisor for Mercedes-Benz of Stockton and goes Beyond expectations. The facility was very clean and provided Refreshments for customers. I really enjoyed a personal video of my vehicle on the lift when the technician described inspection points that they had information about.Wheather it was good or bad news, the video report really made a difference of understanding more than having to read a long report in writing. I'm very appreciative of that. After the service, my car was vacuumed, washed, and cleaned very well. It was very shiny when they drove it up to the front. It looked so good I was proud to get in a car all the customers were staring at to figure out what model that was. I recommend Mercedes-Benz of Stockton if you need work done on your mercedes. They will take very good care of your car and treat you with respect.
