I want to give a huge thank you to the entire team at Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands. A couple of weeks ago, my Ford F-150 overheated while I was driving through The Woodlands. My 2-year-old daughter was with me, and I pulled into the dealership hoping I could simply buy some coolant. Instead, I was met with incredible kindness and professionalism. The service manager, Mark, and the entire service team went above and beyond. They took the time to look over my truck, explained what they believed the issue might be, and even topped off my coolant at no charge. More importantly, because of the Texas heat and having my young daughter with me, they invited us inside where we could cool off and enjoy some refreshments while they helped us. They treated us with genuine care, even though I wasn't driving a Mercedes and wasn't even one of their customers. Acts of kindness like this leave a lasting impression. In today's world, where great customer service can be hard to find, this team reminded me that there are still businesses that truly care about people. If you're in the Houston area or surrounding communities and you're considering purchasing a Mercedes-Benz, I can't recommend Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands enough. Their staff is among the kindest, most welcoming, and most professional people I've ever encountered at any establishment. I can’t say enough great things about Mercedes-Benz of The Woodlands, but let me especially tell you about my sales rep, Troy. He is professional, knowledgeable, detailed, kind, patient, and FAST — basically the kind of person you hope to meet when buying a car. I was on my 3rd Lexus before trading for my very first Mercedes, and let me just say… I am IN LOVE. My GLC is beautiful, smart, safe, and honestly feels like she’s smarter than me some days. My stepdaughter has a GLC, so when it came time for a new car, I already knew what direction I was headed. Even my best friend bought a GLE the week before — apparently we’re all joining the Mercedes club now! Troy made the entire experience seamless from the moment we walked in to the moment I drove away. He was consistent, quick to answer every question, and took the time to really “learn me” this car without ever making me feel overwhelmed.
