We had an amazing experience with Traverse City Mercedes-Benz purchasing a new GLE for my wife, and she absolutely loves it! The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and everyone was extremely friendly and professional. They even delivered the vehicle all the way to our home in Dearborn Heights, which made the experience even more convenient and special. Greg, the GM, was incredibly helpful throughout the process, and Christy, our sales associate, was fantastic to work with as well. Highly recommend them if you’re looking for great customer service and a stress-free buying experience!

A little over a year ago I purchased a pre-owned E-Class sedan, and my experience with the service department at Mercedes-Benz of Traverse City has been excellent. Tim, LeighAnne, and David have all been extremely accommodating, friendly, and easy to work with. Any concerns or questions about servicing my vehicle, the team has taken the time to keep me grounded and provide clear, honest information so I could make informed decisions. I’ll admit I was initially concerned that dealer service costs would be astronomical, but having worked at several dealerships myself, I can confidently say their pricing has been entirely reasonable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend their service department, and I fully expect to continue using Mercedes-Benz of Traverse City for as long as I own a Mercedes.

Excellent dealership to work with. Aside from the honest and open dealing right from the start, which was refreshing, the service and attention AFTER the sale was downright surprising! Christie was professional and attentive throughout the transaction, as was Gregg. Nice, honest and caring. Too bad this is the exception, but grateful to have found them!
