We are from the Boston area and on a roadtrip passing through New Mexico when our sprinters engine light came on. We called the closest Mercedes dealer and were SO happy when we landed on this Tuscon dealer and got Kyle on the phone. He listened carefully, asked how he could help and was able to calm our worries when we told him our story. Kyle got us in for service first thing the next morning to evaluate our situation. Kyle called us with bad news, he needed to order a part and would need the van a few days. Knowing we were far from home, Kyle was incredibly accommodating. We really felt taken care of and trusted what ever he needed to do. Kyle made our problem his problem and took care of all details completely. He made sure we were safe and happy. There was not one thing we could have asked for that Kyle didnt intuitively do for us first.
